Birdies Golf LLC ("Birdies Golf," "we," "us," or "our") maintains the following cancellation and refund policy for reservations made through Birdies Golf.

1. 12-Hour Cancellation Policy

Birdies Golf enforces a strict 12-hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel or modify your reservation 12 hours or more before your scheduled tee time, you may do so without a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellations Within 12 Hours

Reservations canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled tee time are not eligible for a refund.

This includes reservations canceled by phone within the 12-hour cancellation window.

3. Reservation Changes

Changes may be made without penalty when requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled tee time.

If you reduce the number of hours booked for your reservation within the 12-hour cancellation window, you will not receive a refund for the reduced time.

Changes are subject to availability.

4. No-Shows

If you fail to attend your reservation, you will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation without calling Birdies Golf, you may be marked as a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

5. Late Arrivals

Customers are responsible for arriving on time.

Arriving late does not automatically extend your reservation. Your reservation will generally end at the originally scheduled time unless Birdies Golf determines otherwise.

If you expect to be late, please call Birdies Golf as soon as possible.

6. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

7. Birdies Golf Cancellations

Birdies Golf reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to circumstances including equipment failures, facility issues, emergencies, weather, technical problems, or other circumstances affecting the operation of the facility.

When Birdies Golf cancels a reservation, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund, credit, or opportunity to reschedule, as appropriate under the circumstances.

8. E-Gift Cards

Birdies Golf e-gift cards are valid for golf simulator services only and do not expire.

Gift cards are non-transferable and are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

9. Memberships

Golf simulator memberships are subject to the membership terms provided at the time of purchase.

Memberships include one hour of individual play per day and are intended for individual use.

Memberships are not transferable.

Birdies Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at its discretion without prior notice.
