How many people can fit per simulator?We have 3 great simulators (Pine Hurst, Pebble Beach, and Augusta). Pine Hurst and Pebble Beach can fit up to 6 players, while Augusta can fit up to 8. If your party is larger than 6 people, please book an additional simulator or call us.

I don't play golf, can I still book a simulator?Of course, Birdies Golf is an excellent place for beginners to learn the game. Book a lesson with our pros and accelerate the learning process (coming soon!)

Do you have golf clubs available for rent?Yes! We have right and left handed sets available for rent. All sets have a $10 rental fee.

Are the golf simulators BYOB?Yes! You may also bring food if you wish.

What are the rules?Any guest under 15 must always be accompanied by a guest over 18 Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone’s swing path Be aware of your backswing and follow-through Before you swing any clubs, check your surroundings (monitor, TV, wall, people, etc.) Golf balls and clubs must be clean Metal spikes, soft-spikes, and open-toed shoes are not permitted No food or beverage within the hitting area No climbing, leaning, or sitting on sim bay walls Obey all verbal and posted rules and instructions Players must hit from the green carpet at all times, including practice swings Report any accidents immediately Throwing golf balls is not permitted The use of any swing aids deemed dangerous by Birdies Golf is strictly prohibited in the simulator. It is the client's responsibility to verify permitted aids with a Birdies Golf associate to avoid any safety risks.

What is your cancellation policy?All simulator rentals, lessons, and classes must be canceled at least twelve (12) hours in advance. Cancelations after twelve (12) hours will not receive a refund of any kind No-shows will also not receive any kind of refund. You can cancel your appointment online or by calling us Please arrive 5 minutes before your start time. Any time lapsed past your reservation start time is non-refundable Birdies reserves the right to release reservations after their 15-minute start time has passed, to another client, without a refund

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation without calling, you will be marked as a no-show and will not receive a refund. See below for how to change or cancel a booking.
To Cancel or Change: Birdies Golf enforces a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Anytime prior to 12 hours before your tee time, you may cancel or modify your booking with absolutely no penalty or fee by calling us at 201-627-3368. However, if you reduce the number of hours booked for your tee time OR cancel past the 12-hour deadline or NO SHOW you will not receive a refund.
