Birdies Golf is looking for a dedicated and energetic Manager to oversee daily operations at our indoor 18-hole putting course and golf simulator facility. As a key leader, you will ensure smooth business operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and support a fun, dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

• Supervise and support front desk staff, including scheduling and training.

• Manage and optimize bookings using our integrated scheduling system.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.

• Track sales, process transactions, and manage cash handling procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards.

• Work closely with ownership to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old or older.

• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer service management role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with booking and point-of-sale software.

• Basic knowledge of golf is a plus but not required.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
