Cancellation Policy

- If you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation without calling, you will be marked as a no-show and will not receive a refund. See below for how to change or cancel a booking. - To Cancel or Change: Birdies Golf enforces a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Anytime prior to 12 hours before your tee time, you may cancel or modify your booking with absolutely no penalty or fee by calling us at 201-627-3368. However, if you reduce the number of hours booked for your tee time OR cancel past the 12-hour deadline or NO SHOW you will not receive a refund.
